Plastic hot air welding

Repairing  blow moulded or roto moulded polyethelene windsurfing boards.

I can also repair other plastic canoes, and boats, because the material is important

this should be supplied or available  from the manufactuer, importer, or shop, I have a limited amount available,

 where possible I only work with the exact material, this is because if its not the same grade it will not give a reliable weld.

The picture shows an unfinished repair, but my finish is as good as it gets, as long as the material is original source.

Its A skill I developed in the eighties , being the official  repairer for Wayler Sailboards, I also repaired  Sea Panther roto moulded boards and Tiga blow moulded boards , I have also repaired Toppers Pico's ,Ocean kayak.
