To have your sail or kite repaired, please complete the relevant form below and include a copy with your package. Buttons at the top of the forms also allow you to email us a copy - this helps us to anticipate incoming repairs and can speed up the repair process.

Once you have packaged your item, complete, print and attach my label to the outside of your box:
