DIY Kite board leash fixing plate (BLFP) - Now only £7.25 Includes delivery 2nd class recorded (UK only). Most boards do not have as standard a point for fixing a leash to the board. Kite boards are lost by both beginners and experienced kite boarders. Body dragging upwind can be challenging for both, particularly in difficult sailing conditions. The board leash fixing plate (BLFP) allows you to secure the clip on your leash to the dyneema braided line on the BLFP. The braided line enables easy hooking on and off and the leash clip does not rub on the surface of the board. The fixing point is made of alloy, so won't rust, and is designed to fit most twin tip boards on the market such as Nobile, Naish, North, Crazy Fly, F-One and Liquid Force. The large loop makes it easy to clip into. To fix the BLFP to the board: 1. Remove one of the toe side fins, left or right depending on the side you prefer to clip into. 2. Once you have removed the screws from the fin, place BLFP with dyneema braided leash as shown in the photo. Wherever possible use the screws and allan key supplied with BLFP. 3.Ready to use. When using a kite board leash it is recommended that you always use a helmet. Includes delivery 2nd class recorded. UK only.
